Mr. Thomas is originally from Spokane, Washington but most recently moved (2008) to the Treasure Valley from Southern California where his wife (Christy) and he had founded and run a community center for junior high through college age students. He completed his BA in Sociology and Communications at Boise State University in 2011 and his Masters in Teaching at George Fox University in 2013. Mr. Thomas is a Secondary Endorsed teacher, certified as highly qualified for Language Arts and Communications. This year he gets the privilege of utilizing his undergraduate focus to teach psychology and an introduction to the social sciences. He is extremely proud to be a part of the team at Columbia. In addition to teaching, Mr. Thomas loves fly-fishing, golfing, playing and watching ball, music and spending time with friends and family.
